“Sebastian went missing on Thursday. He was admitted at Mulago for a few days but was unable to speak so couldn’t be identified. He later passed on. It’s today that was actually identified at the mortuary” former Makerere University Guild President – Ms Shamim Nambassa said in a tweet.

May his soul Rest in Peace
