This communication that induces sexual pleasure in one way or another is what is called ‘sexting’. Actually, sometimes you sext without even noticing it. Dr. Annette Kezaabu, the acting Vice Chancelor of Kampala International University, and at the same time the Chairperson of Father Lokodo’s Anti-Pornography Committee, says sexting is some kind of pornography and it is illegal.
“It can be a story (or a poem or text message). You write and by the time someone finishes reading, they are sexually aroused. That can also be pornographic.” The Doctor stated. Outlawing one of the biggest hobbies of most Campus Slay Queens and Fuckboys.
