Makerere University Business School (MUBS) was a passion crime scene today when a student stabbed his ex-girlfriend over a relationship gone bad.
The scene of crime was Bitu Hostel where the dude (unidentified) made way to the hostel, like any other visitor yet he had gone to finish off the girl.
Campus Bee has learnt that the girl broke up with the guy and started dating another “rich” guy, something that didn’t go down well with the boy who had spent his little monies on her till this far. It is from this background that he harbored murderous intent to go and finish off the girl.
Unfortunately for the girl, her roommate was not around today and the guy signed in normally at her hostel (Bitu) to enter and visit her.
Insiders have intimated to us that the boy first begged her to get back with him and when the girl refused, he ran berserk.
Like someone that has studied the human body, he cut her on the neck in places where veins are much concentrated. The girl screamed a lot and attracted outsiders that realised what had happened and called an ambulance quickly but before that, they beat the boy to pulp.
Luckily, the girl didn’t die but is nursing serious injuries. The boy has been handed over the Police who said he’d be taken to court and formally charged for attempted murder.
