According to Kyoga East regional Police commander Damalie Nachuha, the deceased’s body was discovered in Ogolai village, Kaberpila parish, with his hands and legs bound with ropes.
He was wearing a Uganda Medical Association (UMA) T-shirt, which helped in the initial identification process.
