Media personality and Vlogger Kasuku has come out to castigate the Vice Chancellor of Victoria University Dr. Lawrence Muganga.
Kasuku said during his Wednesday show that he is disappointed with Dr. Lawrence Muganga’s being in the news over trivial matters such as music battles, adding that it is unprofessional.
“I am not okay with seeing a full vice chancellor addressing music battles. I have a problem with that and I think it is unprofessional,” he said.
Kasuku’s bitter comment comes a day after Dr. Lawrence Muganga revealed that Victoria University has managed to convince musicians Sheebah and Cindy into a musical battle.
According to Kasuku, such issues should be handled by the minister of entertainment or the director of students’ affairs but not the vice chancellor.
“Such music-related issues should be handled by the Ministers of Entertainment and maybe the Director of Students Affairs,” he said.
Kasuku further advised Victoria University’s vice chancellor to learn from Makerere University’s VC Prof. Barnabas Nawangwe
“You would never see Nawangwe in front of cameras all the time. He is busy at work. I think some of them should learn from him,” he said.
On Tuesday, Victoria University, through the VC Dr. Lawrence Muganga, announced that its ambassador Sheebah Karungi will battle fellow musician Cindy at the Yolo festival in September.
