The newly constructed Makerere Hill Road is giving Makerere University Students goosebumps all thanks to KCCA. 
Journalist Andrew Mwenda has this to say about the new stunning Road; The pictures below show how much great work KCCA under Jennifer Musisi is doing. This is the refurbished road from Wandegeya past Makerere University main gate all the way to Sir Apollo Kagwa Road junction, the stretch from there to Nakulabye is under construction.
Amidst our quarrels, accusations and finger pointing, a lot is being done on infrastructure in Uganda – dams, airports, expressways, bridges, roads, water systems, ICT, standard gauge railway etc. Public debate in Uganda is too narrowly focused on failures that it has missed the great progress our country is making.”
Makerere Students have something new to brag about.
