Word reaching our editorial desks indicate how Samantha Cynthia Nakyanzi, a first year student of mass communication at the Mukono based Uganda Christian University (UCU) is missing with both classmates, close friends and family back home in panic mode as her whereabouts continue to be unknown.
According to our sources in UCU, a classmate who preferred anonymity told our reporter that Cynthia was last seen five days ago on Thursday 12th, April 2018 around the Campus premises. Her known contacts have since went off and whereabouts are not known to anyone.
“We thought she was home only for the parents to come searching for her as well,” the source narrated.
The parents have asked anyone with information about their daughter to report to the nearest police station or contact them on +256788259448.
This continues to pile pressure on the police with cases of kidnap sky rocketing each day. We shall keep you posted.
