Makerere University yesterday (Wednesday) released the highly awaited private admissions list for undergraduate level which has since drawn high public debate including the drop in number of students taken on different programmes as compared to previous years.
The admissions list indicates the districts from which, the students admitted, originate.
Campus Bee has in that effect analyzed the admission list to bring you a league table of the top ten districts that have seen a big number of their students admitted to Uganda’s premier institution.
Kampala and Wakiso have over the years drawn a high number of students admitted to the institution; given the high number of secondary schools in that region.
