The Graduate Trainee opportunities are available in the following areas:
Joint Venture Graduate Trainee (Number of Graduate Trainees: 1)
Provide support to the Business Development and Corporate Affairs department in the area of joint venture management.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree related to engineering, business administration, legal, project management, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years post-graduation experience
Social Performance Graduate Trainee (Number of Graduate Trainees: 2)
Provide support to the Social Performance department in the areas of stakeholder managerment and corporate social responsibility
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree related to Communication, Project Planning & Management. Development Studies, Social Sciences & Social Work, and Administration, or a related field.
- Maximum 2 years post-graduation experience.
Internship Opportunities
TotalEnergies EP Uganda is looking to offer internships to university students currently in the 2nd or 3rd year of study and would require a work placement as part of their course of study
Internship opportunities are available in the following areas:
Planning & Development Intern (Number of Interns: 1)
Provide support to the Business Development and Corporate Affairs Department in the area of planning and development
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical)
Social Performance Intern (Number of Interns:1)
Provide support to the Human Resources & Administration department.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree related to Communication, Project Planning & Management Social Sciences and social Work, and Administration, or a related field
Biodiversity Intern (Number of interns: 2)
Provide support to the Biodiversity department in the areas of studies of chimpanzee genomics, animal stress, giraffe monitoring, as well as eDNA
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Natural Resource Management, Botany, Zoology, or related fields
Corporate Affairs Intern (Number of interns: 1)
Provide support to the Business Development and Corporate Affairs Department in the area of corporate affairs
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication or related fields.
Selection criteria
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree program from recognized National Universities
- Must provide an introduction letter from the University and a copy of student ID
- Current academic scores must reflect a potential minimum of an upper second-class degree.
- Must provide a partial transcript/copy of academic scores to-date
- Must be available full time for the duration of the internship period Excellent verbal and numeracy skills and problem-solving ability
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Must write and submit an internship application letter.
Duration of Internship will be a minimum 10 weeks from June 2024
