Kyambogo University is once again mourning the loss of one of its students from the School of Engineering.
Br. Ochan Cosmas, a Bachelor of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering student, passed away, leaving the university community in deep sorrow.
The university extended its heartfelt condolences to Br. Ochan Cosmas’s family and loved ones during this difficult time.
As they prepare to lay him to rest in Magora, Kitgum, on Wednesday, 10th April, 2024, the entire Kyambogo University community stands in solidarity with them, offering prayers for strength and comfort.
This tragedy strikes close to home for the School of Engineering, as it comes just few weeks after the passing of a former president of the engineering society.
Prisca Guttabingi, former President KYUMESA who was awaiting graduation in Bachelor of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering was pronounced dead last month.
The loss of these bright and promising individuals leaves a void in the hearts of all who knew them.
