Bonita Birungi Lubega, the 18-year-old daughter to tycoon Drake Lubega was at the weekend killed by unidentified goons as she returned home in Kololo.
According to a family source, The iron bar hit men laid an ambushed and clobbered the youthful senior six vacist of Green Hill Academy (who was set to join university this year) off a boda-boda- living her lifeless and making away with her handbag that had money, a mobile phone and her documents.
The inhumane hitmen then dumped her body in a morgue and then went ahead to use her phone to call the Lubega family informing them to pick up their daughter’s body from Mulago Mortuary.
Tycoon Lubega owns 25 buildings in the city, including Majestic Plaza on William Street, Qualicel Building, Vienna House on Ben Kiwanuka Street, Jesco building in Nakivubo, SB Plaza and the land where Qualicel Bus terminal was constructed.
