The two prestigious institutions of higher learning have set 9th November, 2018 as the official deadline for this semester’s student registration. In a notice pinned by the Uganda Christian University administration, students were to have cleared 45% of their total sum of tuition by 26th September, 2018, 75% by 26th October and 100% by 9th November, 2018. Failure to do so, subjects students to a 50,000 penalty / fine which must also be cleared between 12- 23rd November which otherwise would lead to the de-registration of one as a student of the Mukono based University.
Similarly, Makerere University has through the office of the Academic Registrar Mr. Alfred Namoah Masikye extended the final deadline for registration to 9th November, 2018 in a notice addressed to all students concerned and further urged them to print out their examination permits as students draw closer to their examination periods.
