On Sunday December 19, 2021, the Deputy Vice Chancellor in charge of Academic Affairs at the Uganda Christian University (UCU) released a list of 547 students admitted for the Easter Semester 2021/2022 and these were spread across the undergraduate, post-graduate and PhD levels in both humanities and science courses.
The courses in question included Bachelor of Agriculture Science and Entrepreneurship, Bachelor of Arts with Mass Communication, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Social Work and Social Administration, Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, Master in Public Health, PhD in Education Administration & Management, PhD in Theology, among others.
Against that backdrop, Rev. Baguhuukire Adonia, the UCU Ag. Academic Registrar, has through an internal memo, officially intimated to the UCU students’ fraternity, especially those attached to the Bishop Barham campus, that the Easter Intake will be commencing on 3rd January 2022. Rev. Baguhuukire has urged the students to clear dues from the preceding Advent Semester and to at least clear 3 quarters of their dues for the Easter Intake. The students have also been implored to continue adhering to the standard operating procedures, due to the nature of the times.
