Uganda Christian University (UCU) has moved to upgrade their education related services by offering free transport for new students from Kampala city square to their Mukono based campus today. Unlike other University freshers who walk or transport themselves on reporting day, UCU freshers are far away from that hustle.
UCU revealed the news today morning via their social media platforms and at what time the trips will be arranged. “Today 30.8.2017, we welcome our new students. There will be a bus at city square at 9 am and 2 pm to provide free transport.The first trip has set off from City Square to Campus. The next trip will be at 3 pm” a post on UCU’s social media reads.
A few hours later, we landed on photos of excited freshers who flocked the free UCU bus as they lined up to be cruised straight to Mukono. Below are the photos;
