As the pandemic ravages on, more dynamic measures are being employed to cope with the situation. The Covid-19 pandemic effects have impacted the entire society – majorly on a negative note calling for agility for one to survive. Learning institutions were last month closed by a Presidential directive, inevitably putting a halt to all education related activities.
However, some institutions are refusing to fully give in to the pandemic and have opted for alternatives to keep afloat. These include e-learning and today, Uganda Christian University (UCU) has revealed a ploy for its final year students to clear for graduation without flooding the campus premises.
The Mukono-based University in the past few weeks came up with a program to have its students who finalized the 2020/21 academic year graduate in late October this year. Regarding the matter, the UCU management has come up with a swift online procedure to be employed while clearing for the awaited graduation.
“Dear students, please receive the procedures on online clearance for graduating students. The deadline for clearance is Friday, 27th August 2021,” the statement read. Beneath is the pictured procedure;
