The student Affairs Administrator at Uganda Christian University (UCU) Kampala campus has revealed to the stakeholders of a change in tuition clearance and registration.
The move is aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness in the registration process.
“This comes to inform you that in a bid to improve our service delivery specifically regarding accounts clearance for the Trinity semester 2022, the following schedule will be followed to minimize delays and also to guide students to plan well for their class time. This schedule will also enable us to handle the other non-tuition clearance student related issues beside students’ tuition clearance and registration,” the memo reads in part.
Students at UCU – Kampala campus will follow the schedule attached below;
“Please kindly note that the office will be open for other general student affairs issues for the rest of the time not highlighted in the schedule above. I also encourage to pay your dues using school pay. Note The above will be effective 11th July, 2022,” the memo adds.
