Gruesome night fates that are befalling innocent campusers from gangs and robbers are on the rise and increase at a worrying rate.
On a fateful Tuesday night, Nelima Bridget, a UCU third year student was attacked by Kifeesi robbers as she strolled back to her hostel in Mukono. The attackers robbed her clean of all her property and stabbed her as she tried to fight back.
“She was attacked on Tuesday night and we learnt of it yesterday. She’s now undergoing treatment at Nsambya Hospital and there is great improvement and recovery from the injuries she sustained,” a close source told Campus Bee.
Nelima was on her way back from the university where she had stayed back after lectures to study for her upcoming end of semester examinations. We wish Nelima a quick recovery.
