UCU student breaks neck diving into swimming pool

The year has started on a low note for Uganda Christian University (UCU) member of parliament for Non resident students, Daniel Manzi as he broke his neck while diving in a swimming pool.

Several reports confirmed to Campus Bee that Daniel had gone swimming at one of the local swimming pools in Mbarara where he was on holiday before breaking his neck as he tried to dive into the shallow end of the pool.

He is currently admitted at the Spinal ward, Old Mulago on bed ten in a rather critical condition and urgently needs shs. 20,000,000 to under go a surgery.
