Daniel Namara , a third year law student at Uganda Christian University passed on this morning following a protracted battle with cancer.
He has been battling with Leukemia, a cancer of the blood. Namara had been undergoing cancer treatment at Nakasero Hospital until around 2am last night when the doctors put him off life support for luck of brain activity.
Those close to him speak of his good and admirable character. “He was a nice person, very friendly and always happy. It is so sad he went too soon,” a friend told Campus Bee
There will be a vigil at his home in Entebbe later in the day, and a funeral on Saturday at his ancestral home in Arua District.
May his Soul rest in Peace.
