Court granted Rukundi a bail of Shs 500,000 while her sureties signed a Shs 10m bond.
Rukundo’s health condition was one of the reasons considered for her bail. On Monday, court heard that Rukundo had collapsed as she entered a Uganda Prisons bus. She had suffered an asthma attack.
Chief Magistrate Mary Babirye would then order that Rukundo be produced in court on Tuesday,
Rukundo recently changed her plea of guilty after she watched her video in court.
Rukundo was on Monday last week charged and remanded to Luzira prison for allegedly producing and uploading videos of herself while masturbating with an intention of sexually arousing whoever watches them.
She is jointly charged with a social media blogger Ashiraf Kato alias Ashburg Katto who is said to have uploaded her pornographic videos and half naked photos on the internet in 2017.
Ashburg was also yesterday released on a cash bail of Shs500, 000.
