UCU Students in Kenya for E.A Film Festival

Students from Mukono based University, UCU are in Nairobi, Kenya for the East African Film Festival that is ongoing this week. A team led by Wamala John Cliff from UCU landed in Nairobi this week a head of the festival that brings together universities in East Africa.

The East African student film festival is expect to transpire through the whole of this week with UCU students battling with different individuals from all over other universities in East Africa.

Campus Bee, talking to one of the team members, learned that the topic of discussion has been career-building strategies, Acting and Actors, Creativity and Mentor-ship.

“It’s so encouraging if Ideas from our generation are given an audience towards the positive development of our profession as filmmakers and media practitioners. This is just the beginning and hope for many more lucrative ventures of the kind.” added Wamala a team leader to the delegation.
