David Banadda Peesa, a Uganda Christian University (UCU) student pursuing Public Administration and Management has joined mature politics. Banadda is running for the Mukono District Youth Councillor position under the ruling party (NRM) ticket.

In his message to Mukono young people, Banadda has vowed to secure employment opportunities for them as well as making sure that child marriages are eradicated from his area.

“I studied in Mukono since my baby class up to university, am a product and a casualty of Mukono District problems and I  have come to liberate the youth both male and female from the challenges that our youth are going through like unemployment, child marriage, increased school drop-outs, limited vocational institutions in Mukono District, failure and downfall of youth talents (games and sports), embezzlement of funds, among other problems.”  Banadda vowed.
