The Ag. Academic Registrar of Uganda Martyrs University, Mrs. Tiragana Audes, has notified the entire Uganda Martyrs University students fraternity that end of semester one examinations (Academic Year 2021-2022) will be held physically and they will start on Monday, 17th January 2022 and end on 28th January 2022, at the respective Campuses.

The Ag. Academic Registrar has further implored all the students to ensure that they have cleared up to zero balance such that they can be able to print out their Examination Card off the Zeevarsity System.

The students have further been requested to take their examination card to their respective Faculties/Schools/Campus Administrator for stamping/endorsement.

The Ag. Academic Registrar has emphatically cautioned the student fraternity on dress code, to the end that shorts, mini-dresses/skirts, and jackets will not be tolerated in the examination room.

The students are as well expected to go with a Covid-19 vaccination card, Student Identity Card, and an Examination Card and have masks on, as prerequisites before sitting the examinations. The students have ultimately been cautioned against examination malpractice and reminded to adhere to all the Covid-19 standard operating procedures.
