Death really comes at very weird times. You never know when it comes knocking at your door. Maybe if we knew when we would kick the bucket, we would plan better for that day.
Catherine Ajambo, like many of us was in her final year at Uganda Martyrs University, Lubaga Campus and she was really excited that she was finally finishing campus.
The finalist was pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Social Development and Counseling. According to a report by the university she was also the General Secretary of the Students’ Union in 2018/2019 which is the equivalent of a Guild Prime Minister in the Guild terms.
The student who passed on the other day (9th May, 2019) had just finished her very last exam of her time at campus during the day only to kick the bucket at 9 pm the same day.
This was confirmed by the university using their social outlets.
“Dear friends, we have learnt with shock the sudden death of Catherine Ajambo a student at our Lubaga campus pursuing a Bachelor of Social Development and Counseling third year” they said.
Her burial, still according to the university, will take place in Rukungiri district today Saturday 11 May 2019 at 2pm.
May her soul Rest In Peace.
