Universities and other institution of higher learning have been advised to devise means preventing outsiders from entering university premises without reasons.
This comes at the time when police have just released a report indicating that outsiders have often involved in fueling makerere university demonstrations.
Now according to Hon Sylvia Namabidde, the formers chairman parliamentary Education committee, all universities must have enclosed perimeter walls and restricted entry to avoid imposters.
She explained that student’s grievances must be expressed by themselves with in the premises of the university to avoid destruction of people’s properties.
