The 10th Edition of the Pepsi University Football League will start on 5th April with Defending Champions Uganda Christian University (UCU) battling it out with Victoria University.
After releasing the draws on 30th March, the ball was set rolling for the start of this year’s University Football League. Various universities were seen training with more intensity as interviews rocked the grounds.
Almost every University is promising to prove the might of their teams in this year’s UFL, setting the expectations to top notch for the fans who are eagerly waiting for the clashes.
Among the constantly hyped teams, Patrick Sebuliba’s Victoria University seems to top the lead with Ndejje, UCU as well as MUBS.
Makerere University has promised a great comeback after a two-year ban that saw it spend a while without participating in this league while Kyambogo University is ready to exhume their 2018 prowess that saw them emerge champions.
Makerere University has been scheduled for 12th March where they will host underdogs YMCA as they make their second appearance in the league while Ndejje University is to lock horns with Uganda Martyrs University (UMU) at Ndejje grounds.
