Afande Omara won’t have to worry about waiting for his usual known ‘kiboko’ squad to come calm strikes around university as a bunch of university students just got trained to carry out the same assignment. According to ACP Press and Public Relations officer, Namaye Polly, 2600 university students and cadets recently underwent training at Kabalye Police training school Masindi. Leader of the Opposition and Member of Parliament Bukoli Central Hon. Wafala Oguttu while giving a lecture to the students urged them to utilize the training for their own defence and retaliation. That youth unemployment is a trigger for chaos and crime worldwide.
Hon. Oguttu therefore called upon government to create more employment avenues for the youths. The lecture given by the honourable to the students was organised by the police school under the theme “The fight against unemployment and poverty through enterprise, partnerships and production.”
So campusers be on high alert. Never know your course mate, the one you call friend may be a ‘kiboko’ squad trainee and won’t hesitate squashing those butts of yours with severe strokes of a cane if need arises.
