The graduation blues havent gone off the media space and neither has this one former Makerere student
Campus Bee has excavated a photo in which a recent Makerere University student knelt before his classmates, thanking them for help they rendered to him through the hurdles of the course.
The student who we have identified as Eric Igole graduated at Makerere’s 71st graduation ceremony that took place in May this year.
In a subsequent graduation ceremony which is believed to have been held alongside his classmates/friends at home, Eric expressed utmost gratitude – kneeling before them and thanked them for supporting him all the way to graduation.
Eric graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts with Education, specializing in Literature in English and the English Language.
The student’s friends graduated with Bachelor’s Degrees of Arts with Education.
The photo, which has been obtained from a not so known group, comes after another similar image went viral on social media, in which a graduate bent down on a knee to thank his grandmother at a market workplace for giving him proper education.
We wish the two lads the very best in their careers.
