Uganda National Students Association is set to elect its new executive during the forthcoming annual general meeting.
This year’s annual general meeting and general elections will take place at the National Leadership Institute in Kyankwazi.
Jennah Kiyuba, the association’s interim speaker has invited delegates to be part in both activities that will run from December 27th, 2023 to December 30th, 2023.
In a letter seen by Campus Bee, the speaker says all delegates that have fully paid their membership are required to report on December 27th before 5pm or else they will be locked out.
Districts will be represented by their chairperson, speaker, secretary for women affairs and PWD representative while universities will be represented by the guild president, speaker and female representative to UNSA.
The speaker is yet to issue out an order paper detailed when the elections will take place. The current UNSA executive is led by Bill Clinton and about five aspirants are looking forward to replacing him.
