Dr. Martin Jerome Okech Aliker, veteran businessman and diplomat is the new Chancellor of Victoria University. He was appointed and a new council inaugurated for the all new Victoria University located at the heart of Kampala. Also, the seven-member council is chaired by former Makerere University Council chairman and Entebbe Municipality MP Dr. David Byatike Matovu.
