Victoria university will this Saturday 24th September hold their annual cultural gala at the university main campus located on Victoria towers Kampala.
The university has organised plenty of cultural activities for students and well wishers to partake in order to broaden their minds on the various cultures around the world and make aware of areas of origin they might have never known of.
The university identifies this as a way of promoting sustainable development and also transforming the lives of different people hence the organisation of the cultural day.
In a statement issued on their official page, Victoria university argues that culture is a sustainable development accelerator whose potential has been recognized in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development adopted by the United Nations.
