Dr. Lawrence Muganga, the Vice Chancellor Victoria University has been presented with an Honorary Professor award from the Europe Business Assembly and the Academic Union of Oxford.
The award was established in 2006 to recognize the effort and express gratitude to persons promoting integrity and development in the field of science, education, Innovation and culture.
The 2022 award goes to Dr Lawrence Muganga who has undoubtedly promoted the science discipline and the use of technology in education. Victoria University was one of the first institutions to embrace E-learning in Uganda.
Similarly, Victoria University was awarded with a certificate of the Academic Union Registrar, top 100 achievement in excellence of science and education.
