NBS TV journalist Canary Mugume is strategically elevating his standards following his closeness to “power broker” Andrew Mwenda. Mugume was recently spotted arriving at a top city hotel with a police bodyguard amid safety worries in the country.
Mugume was captured by his wife Sasha Ferguson who was already at the hotel waiting to have lunch with the fast-raising investigative journalist.
In the video, the Police bodyguard is seen rushing to open for Mugume who had just arrived for a lunch date.
“When he shows up to have quick lunch with you as soon as you land back,” Sasha captioned the video that was later uploaded on her TikTok account.
Speaking of power, ever since Mugume started hanging out with veteran journalist Andrew Mwenda, his circle changed as well. The NBS presenter has been spotted chilling with top UPDF and government officials in addition to powerful city personalities that graced his wedding.
