A month ago, police issued a terror alert indicating that the Al-Shabab terrorists were planning to attack a university or school along Jinja Road highway, following an attack on Garissa University, Kenya, where over 147 students were slaughtered.
A month later, Campusbee has learnt of a 12 minute YouTube video, dubbed “The Final Message of The Kampala Attack Warrior”. In this video, an unmasked Al-Shabab man vows to carry out Jihad-inspired attacks in Uganda and Burundi within the coming days. As you watch this video, we would like to urge you to be vigilant and ask the authorities in your different campuses to try as much as they can to tighten security.
