Students at Bishop Stuart University (BSU) have expressed their discontent towards management’s failure to organize a Freshers’ Ball.
The disgruntled scholars took it upon themselves to inform the administration led by the Vice Chancellor to do something before the situation becomes precarious.
According to a flyer circulating in every corner of BSU that this website has accessed, the students seem to have signaled a warning regarding the absence of the enormously anticipated event.
“We want it just like other universities. Stuarts it’s time to demand for freshers’ ball. VC do the needful before everything gets out of control,” the students warned.
The fury from these students comes at a time when almost all major universities across the land have held successful freshers’ ball events characterised by limitless fun and thrills that have failed to become a reality at BSU.
Social events like the one in question are undoubtedly paramount as far as co-curricular activities for university students are concerned.
Failure to experience one is an unimaginable disappointment that someone would have to carry for all their academic life, especially the freshers, the intended beneficiaries of the event since they cannot be freshers for life.
