WORLD AIDS DAY! Kachabali Will Not Save You From HIV- Doctor Warns Campusers

As a medical professional, I feel like this “water” trend has actually contributed to us regressing on our fight against HIV. In so many unlearned circles, people actually believe you can’t get infected if she has “water”. Which in many cases is the exact opposite.

HIV is transmitted through cum/semen, breast milk, blood and VAGINAL FLUID. And squirt is a mix of urine mixed with ejaculate fluid from the skene’s gland. So of course you might get infected if they are infected.

But now you’ve got patients telling you “Doctor, justnkuba Kacabali, nze siyingila.” But she’s squirting vaginal fluid all over you. And there’s a chance that you might get infected if she is. All I wanted was to burst that myth. Yes, you can get HIV however wet she is because that wetness and creaminess is a contractor body fluid.
