Simon Senyonga, a remnant, and renown die-hard follower of Prophet Elvis Mbonye has publically come out to celebrate after Prof William Bazeyo was thrown out of office.
Bazeyo who has been the Makerere University Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Finance and Administration was thrown out of office by court on grounds that he was illegally appointed, just three months after losing his wife.
The court’s rule was highly celebrated by Senyonga who further explained that he is rejoicing because the former DVC blocked an event he had cleared to be held at Freedom Square after realizing that Mbonye was going to grace it.
“In 2018 as we organized the inter campus festival at Makerere University, this gentleman (Professor William Bazeyo) granted us permission to have the event at the Freedom Square but on realizing that Prophet Elvis Mbonye was the Chief Guest, he worked with Jezebel to cancel the venue offer and subsequently worked backdoor to forcefully suppress the organization of the event and ensuring that the Prophet doesn’t step at his own alma mata (Makerere University) to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ.” Senyonga wrote on his Facebook.
Senyonga, a former guild aspirant at Makerere University, added that as a child of God, it is very important for him to rejoice when wicked men collapse.
“It is very important for me as a child of God to rejoice when such wicked men collapse. (Proverbs 29:2).I am forever thankful to the God of my Father Prophet Elvis Mbonye for his faithfulness and sending fire in Bazeyos house. HURRAY!!!! It’s such a gooooood day for me.” Senyonga added.
