Bachelors of law student, Andrew Ogwetta Otto was last night voted new guild president Gulu university. The 25-year-old managed to garner 1274 votes beating the Aligech George by 451 votes.
Ogwetta was the youngest candidate in the race whereas his counterparts, Aligech George Ogwal is 46 years, an age beyond that of the youth and Senda Samuel is 34 years.
