How the Youngest MP, ALENGOT lost her GOAT To A Top Minister

Born 1st January 1993, the 18 year old at the time did not know that her father’s death had come as a blessing in disguise. Following her Father’s death, she went ahead to contest in the USUK elections and emerged winner, thus becoming the youngest MP in Africa and second youngest in the world.

The toddler who was just a few months above 18 years moved into the August House ready to debate her way and prove that’s she’s not a joke. Little did she know, that most of these men, old enough to be her fathers were waiting to steal her goat.

How The Goat Was Stolen It all began off as a fierce competition that saw Odongo Otto become a mentor of sorts to Alengot. Otto was the guy who showed Proscovia Alengot the directions and offices in parliament. “She got lost a couple of times, and whenever she got lost, she had to call Otto to help her,” a staff member at Parliament reveals.

Alengot got so close to Otto to the extent of Otto preventing other men from assessing the goggles to view her hybrid eclipse that many thought had matured for viewing.  “Everyone wanted to be the chief viewer of her eclipse, and Otto was one of the first men to express interest,” the staff member at Parliament further confirms.

Every evening, different MPs presented various proggies for her. She was now enjoying celebrity status among the men at Parliament. On an average day, her phone did not have less than 500K airtime, all of which had been sent by her secret admirers.

Sources reveal that it is to Odongo Otto that Alengot lost her goat unofficially before other men jumped into the race to completely finish the goat.

These other men included; Crispus Kiyonga, the defence Minister who went in to guard that remaining goat but ended up stealing it.  The two became so close,  Kiyonga kept on saying that he was remembering his son through his daughter Alengot.

Jessica Alupo on the other-hand played the role of the Ssenga for Alengot, she was the Education Minister even in this capacity of her hybrid eclipse.

Kiyonga who happens to be the father of the house was now facing tight competition from Hon. Wakikona David, Minister of State for Trade. Wakikona was willing to trade anything to have a view of this eclipse that was now breaking the Parliament men into factions.

But like the clever UCU campus girl she is, Alengot decided to make it nasty for both men, having already made it nasty for Odongo Otto.  She decided to play the two men. Kiyonga would score the penalties during weekdays while Wakikona would score them during the weekends.

The Goal is Scored However much a keeper may be good, once in a while a goal is scored past them. So it did happen, that one of the two men happened to score the goal. “I think it was scored by kiyonga from a good assist by Wakikona, we are not certain,” a Member of Parliament reveals.

When Alengot broke the news to the two men, all hell broke loose. There was no way, the president was going to get to know about such a big scandal, this was super hell for the NRM party, for the public to find out that Ministers had decided to taste the goods of the young MP.

Jessica Alupo, the Ssenga to Alengot quickly devised means to see the two of them set off to London to have the baby aborted.

The Abortion Early last week, Jessica Alupo and Proscovia Alengot boarded a plane to London and ended up in a Hospital in London.  The mission was tagged; “Operation Terminator”. It is legal to have an abortion in England, Wales and Scotland under the 1967 Abortion Act.  This act was brought in with the aim of cutting out the use of back street abortion clinics and making abortions legal, safe and accessible to women.

However, since Alengot’s pregnancy was not yet 24 weeks old, she qualified for this abortion.  She went in for an Early Medical Abortion, given to pregnancies under 9 weeks. She was given medications which will caused a miscarriage and felt like a heavy period. In this abortion, there is no surgery or anaesthesia involved.

UCU Gets to Know Since Alengot has been a model student of sorts, the authorities at Uganda Christian University could not believe what had happened. On top of being given privileges when it came to marks and attendance, they could not bear to give her another privilege of getting pregnant and aborting.

The University was determined to expel the MP since they had already dealt with a sextape scandal. However, the powers that be began exerting pressure onto the authorities promising to withdraw their license if Alengot was to be expelled.  “They were ordered to shut up and go on like everything was normal,” a member of the Disciplinary Committee confides in our undercover reporter.
