Mbarara University of Science and Technology will hold its 22nd Graduation Ceremony on 30th January 2016 at Kihumuro Campus Grounds starting at 8.00 a.m.
Graduands should pay shs.67, 750= (Sixty seven thousand seven hundred fifty shillings only) bank charges inclusive for Graduation, Convocation, Certificate and Transcript fees.
The invitation cards for Graduands and their parents will be ready for collection on Monday 18th January 2016 from the Office of the Academic Registrar.
The Graduands must take their seats by 8.00 a.m., and invited guests are expected to be seated by 8.45 a.m.
The students who have not completed payment of fees will not be presented for graduation. All payments and clearance must be done before 18th January 2016 in order for graduands to receive their Academic Transcripts and Certificates on the graduation day.
