There is this guy I have been dating for quite a while now and it’s just of recent that I realised he is 9 years older than me. I love him so much but the problem is that I have an issue with dating older guys, it freaks me out and to me, age is not just a number, it means every thing- what should I do?
Hey Sharon, it’s quite normal for girls to fall in love with older guys just as long as the guy is not as old as or older than your own father so that shouldn’t freak you out. But the fact that he kept quiet about his age until now should be an eye opener that there is probably more he is keeping from you, you could be a side dish or something more crazy.
I would be behind any lady/girl that gets a man that’s five years older than her. I am not saying that it’s wrong to be with a man that’s nine years older, but your eyes should be wide open and you should be wide awake. What really matters is the love you share, add honesty to that and faithfulness and your kids will be beauties.
