Many times, I have heard people discouraging the use of safe days as much as many others encourage the use of this very practice, and many times I have also refused to use safe days because of my insecurity on the topic.
I am in my 3rd year at Makerere University and just a week ago, my boyfriend convinced me to use the condom. Honestly, I have been a very loyal servant of the condom and I had never though of any other method to avoid pregnancy, until last week.
He wanted to do it live and he threatened to leave so I had to give into the use of safe days so as to avoid any chance of pregnancy. Now, I don’t feel comfortable at all, I feel like I am already pregnant because I am not even sure of my safe days.
