The people behind Premier Student Loan Center have officially announced that they will no longer be accepting new clients for their services. Effective immediately, the focus will be entirely on providing quality customer service for current customers.

It was a tough decision for the company, but those in charge feel like it is for the best. With a focus on helping out all those people who are currently customers, customer service can be at an all-time high. That also means that more and more people will be able to experience the satisfaction of having all of their loans successfully paid off.

Early beginnings

When Premier Student Loan Center first launched, it was one of the very few options available for people who needed a specific type of help with student loan debt. Instead of being just another number, the focus from the very beginning was on providing quality customer service.

The company started out small, but they quickly started gaining many customers throughout the United States. With so many people dealing with student loan debt issues, it comes as no surprise that so many people are applying for assistance. Going to school is a very costly experience these days, and getting an advanced degree in particular is something that can cost as much as hundreds of thousands of dollars. It simply is extremely difficult for people to handle that much financial burden, especially early on.

Growing as a business is always going to be beneficial, but it was getting to be a bit too much for those in charge at Premier Student Loan Center. The goal of the company was never to get extremely big, but to focus on providing that unique service for every single individual. That is perhaps the main factor behind why they are currently not accepting any new applicants.

As soon as possible is discovered that current customer experience could be harmed, it was time to close the doors for now. It was definitely a difficult decision that the company had to deal with, but they believe it is a smart one at this point in time.

What does this mean for current customers?

The short answer for current customers is that they will not see any difference at all with Premier Student Loan Center. The company still has a full set of employees, and they will be there every step of the way for people who are trying to get on track financially. There is no fear as far as having to switch companies or talk with different people altogether.

No numbers are changing, and every single email works exactly the same. The company will have the same type of correspondence with current customers, so in many ways this announcement does not have anything to do with them.

Current customers should actually expect even better customer service down the road. As more and more people are able to finally pay off all of their student loans, that means there will be less people for the company to deal with. That means even more focus can be put on the remaining clients in order to make sure that they get everything solved as quickly as possible.

Will new customers ever be accepted again?

At this time, it is considered to be a permanent closure as far as new clients are concerned. The company is looking at a number of possible solutions down the road if the opportunity presents itself.

There is going to be a continued need for help as far as student loan assistance is concerned, so taking clients again it is always an option. For now, they are at peace with their decision, and hope to continue providing a great service to those in need.
