The 2022 Federation of Eastern African University Sports (FEAUS) Women Games, hosted by Busitema University, were won by Makerere University.

In the two-day championship held on Holy Saturday and Easter Sunday, the institution founded in 1922 won five gold medals, three silver medals, and one bronze medal across 13 sports disciplines.

Lawn Tennis, Chess, Woodball, Rugby, and Table Tennis were all won by the Makerereans.
Makerere University won silver medals in handball, netball, and scrabble as well as a bronze medal in swimming.
Peninah Kabenge, a long-serving sports administrator at Makerere University, praised her team’s performance, attributing the outstanding results to meticulous planning.

Overall Positions per University is as follows
- 1st: Makerere University
- 2nd: Busitema University
- 3rd: Bishop Stuart University
- 4th: Kenya United States International University USIU-Africa
- 5th: Kyambogo University completed the top five.
- 6th: Daystar
- 7th: Maseno
- 8th: Kisii
- 9th: Kumi University
