Draws for this year’s university football league were held today morning at Kati Kati restaurant Lugogo and they determined which teams will battle each other for the final match.
The four teams that reached the semi finals include, Makerere university, Uganda Martyrs university, Kampala university and Nkumba university. These four teams will battle it out till the end and one will emerge as winner.
According to the draws made, Makerere university shall take on Kampala University while Uganda Martyrs University shall battle their longtime rivals from Nkumba university. Uganda Martyrs have not yet won a trophy since the university leagues begun in 2011.
The first leg of the match will take place from November 2nd to 3rd while the second leg will commence on November 9th and 10th.
