After tabling himself as one of Uganda’s young finest in the rugby league then Uganda Christian University’s most valuable player, UCU Mukono, MTN Heathen and Uganda Cranes full back Phillip Wokorach commonly known as ‘Wokos’ is yet at it again breaking records and fetching tries somewhere in the most prestigious of stadiums in England.
This rugby fanatic will tonight be among the few Ugandans and only university student to ever watch a champion league tie between French’s PSG and England’s current’s strong holds Chelsea tussle it live from the beaming lights of Stamford Bridge stadium in England.
Phillip expressed his excitement when he posted a photo of his ticket on social media recently.
“About 2moro night Jst can’t stop thanking u God Gwe abasinga #Diegocostavszlatanibrahimovic“, Phillip wrote.
Many of his fans and close pals already joined the excitement, coming out to congratulate him upon such an achievement. “Wrong shaped ball – but always fun watching pansies ponsing around! Enjoy!” Michael Keigwin wrote.
While others cautioned him about his usual unthoughtful of behaviors since he will be under close observation. Asaana posted, “Don’t put UR finger in your nose . The camera will grab you heheheh” while Aita Bin Bulets advised him to over shout so that we Ugandans behind our screens could see him.
Phillip was currently on a four-months stint undergoing sessions and trials to develop his game when he recently sustained another career threatening injury while he played for his Esher rugby football club side.
This university rugby star will be in the West Stand Lower, block 3, row 24, seat 0062. So be on the watch out for our black man.
