Wakiso Giants, a top flight team in the Ugandan Star Times Premier League, has signed Kasule Owen Baba Junior as their new team member playing in the midfield.
The signed midfielder is a second year Industrial Art and Design student at the Kampala based St. Lawrence University coalescing both books and the football career.
The 23 year old was one of the key players that led his team to the University league finals in 2019 though they finished runners up after Uganda Christian University (UCU) won the game in a classy 2-1 triumph.
Kasule also featured in the 2018 and 2019 Masaza Cup tournament and he’s expected to participate in this tournament for the last time this year.
The Uganda Star Times Premier League is anticipated to be more fun with more of such young talents joining in.
