TERRIBLE: IUIU Fourth Year Law Student Passes On

A fourth year student pursuing Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU) has passed on.

The University’s Public Relations Officer Miss Rehema Kantono says the student Miss Mutumba Night Fatuma died yesterday, 13th June, 2021.

“We have learnt with deep sorrow about the death of our student Ms. Mutumba Night Fatuma who was in her fourth year at the Faculty of Law – IUIU Kampala Campus. She passed away yesterday Sunday 13th June 2021,” Miss Kantono says.

The university has since come out and condoled the bereaved family and friends for the loss.

“On behalf of the management, staff, and students of the Islamic University in Uganda, I wish to extend our sympathy to her family, friends, and colleagues. We pray for peace and comfort at this difficult time. May Allah forgive her shortcoming and grant her paradise,” Miss Kantono says.

The Islamic University in Uganda has four campuses namely Main Campus in Mbale City, Kampala Campus in Kamapal City, Females’ Campus in Wakiso District and Arua Campus in Arua City.
