Oftenly, we think that at campus, one has the freedom to do as they please as well as dress as they wish.
On a Friday when everyone is warming up for the weekend, a one Banda based campus student nailed her look in a pair of bikers ( what a parent would call an inner cloth ) and a perfect fit T.shirt.
According to other students, she looked gorgeous, just like the kind of girl that appears on those magazine pages. And besides, who had the time to mind a person’s clothes when everyone hurriedly walked to their lecture rooms? Only a one elegantly dressed man who looked like a lecturer was uncomfortable with the female student’s outfit as it revealed a little bit too much of her wonderfully made body.
“You see, I am old enough to be your father or even your grandfather. So take it in good faith what I am about to tell you,” the lecturer told the student who was on her way to the lecture room.
“Is there prostitution anywhere among your course units?” the female student was asked and instantly she looked down in total embarrassment. She could not answer for words failed her.
“Are you even a student here? Yes at campus everyone does as they please but this is a university and prostitution is illegal” the lecturer went on to talk to the student.
Situation got worse when the lecturer attempted to cane the student if she didn’t go back to her hostel in Banda and dress decently.
“I am going to give you ten strokes of a cane if you don’t go back and change into decent clothing or I call the police to come and arrest you as you know that prostitution is not acceptable at the University.”
The girl, afraid of being the first university student to be caned turned and walked back to go and do as the elder lecturer had instructed.
It was such a relief that there weren’t many people around the place this conversation happened or it would have been a total shame for the beautiful female student.
