‘My Chic is Very Dry’- Kyambogo Uni Student

Dear BeeDoc,

My friends talk about how water logged their girlfriends are but my girl has never let any drop of water when we have coitus. What could be the problem, what should I do for her to get some water?

-Robert, Kyambogo University

Hello Robert,

Sorry about the Sahara that your girlfriend has taken you through, but i hope this can be of some use to both of you.

The causes of vaginal dryness are various and may range from physiological factors, such as hormonal changes or side effects to some medications she could be taking, as well as emotional and psychological issues, such as lack of desire or even anxiety as you wiggle your rod before her. Oestrogen, is that hormone responsible for the feminine characteristics your girl exhibits, not only the voluptuous busts she develops, or her oscillating German juice, but it also commands how waterlogged she can be.  So, if the hormone level in her body goes low, that’s when problems set in i.e. “The vagina depends on estrogen for health.”

Low oestrogen level occurs naturally during menopause, perimenopause, after childbirth, or during breastfeeding. Certain medications especially birth control pills that girls like to use, also alter oestrogen levels in blood and so could also account for your girl’s Sahara. Other medications often used in conditions like allergy and common cold, like antihistamines (drugs like cetirizine and Ebastine) as well as asthma medications like salbutamol can have a drying effect inside the body and cause reduced vaginal lubrication.

Also, vaginal irritants like chemicals in soaps and other hygiene products you girls like to use under there, can also lead to a dry Kandahar. These components distort the normal vaginal flora especially by killing the lactobacilli bacteria which aids in maintenance of vaginal moisture, and their deficit could also predispose your girl to other infections like candida. These irritants may be on things like underwear or towels and other allergens can actually include vaginal lubricants and objects that may be placed in the vagina.

The other leading cause of vaginal dryness is insufficient arousal, which most girls fear to talk to their partners about. A low libido or sexual problems with your partner like if he has poor performance in bedroom gymnastics and early ejaculation can also contribute to vaginal dryness. Emotional factors such as stress and anxiety can also wreak havoc on sexual desire and lead to vaginal dryness. When a woman is anxious there is insufficient blood flow, so she will have dryness.

So if your girl is not delivering the entobazzi you badly expected, well, consult her about any of those factors and seek professional counseling. Or maybe, you could talk to her Ssenga about it. Hehehee… stay safe guys, and always remember to keep “it” on. Chau!
